Sedge Gooding founded Fitness Together in the Reading Area of the U.K in 1995.

Offering classes in Fitness Pilates, HIIT, Dance Aerobics and Zumba, all of which made use of Sedge’s dance background.

Sedge has always offered classes in the community which have always proved to be extremely popular.

Responding to the Covid Crisis of 2020, the online branch of the business was born

we have a fantastic platform that holds pre-recorded videos. You just click and exercise.

There are full classes, mini workouts and even specialist blasts to target problem areas.

Exercise for everyone and all levels of fitness from absolute beginners to someone a little more advanced.

Offering people Sedge's fun and high energy approach to teaching, providing her classes however you need them, from face to face in the community, following all the guidelines as set by government,

as well classes in the comfort of your own homes (or gardens!) at a time convenient to you.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It still applies the main principles of Pilates but it also involves more functional movement for every day life. ... Fitness Pilates will improve overall body strength with the main emphasis on your back and core muscles.

High intensity interval training, H.I.I.T is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, and research has proved it to be a very efficient way of getting fit.

You don't have to charge around to have a great workout.

Our Low Impact Cardio & Total Body Conditioning classes are great for those with joint problems, no jumping about, a class using your own body resistance as well as weight and dyna bands to scuplt & tone your whole body, As well as getting that heart rate up.

Zumba sessions combine Latin music with popular Latin dances such as salsa, mambo, merengue, and samba. Don’t worry if you’re not a Latin ballroom trophy holder. Just keep kicking your legs and swaying your arms.

Unlike a traditional aerobics class, you don’t have to worry about stepping or clapping in perfect time.

Dance Aerobics has its foundation in dance-inspired movements. It is a cardiovascular workout set to music in a group exercise setting. You do not have to memorize dance moves; Sedge will verbally tell and visually show the choreography. The classes are considered aerobic as you use full-body, rhythmic, large-muscle movements.
